航空轴类工件外圆磨削润滑性能流固耦合研究

摘要:针对外圆磨削过程中润滑问题,以9310钢航空轴类工件为研究对象,建立了轴类工件外圆磨削润滑模型,采用流固耦合方法对计入工件变形影响的外圆磨削模型进行求解,在不同砂轮与工件初始最小间隙、砂轮直径、砂轮宽度及砂轮速度下,将考虑和不考虑工件变形影响的磨削液承载力和摩擦力进行了对比研究。数值结果表明:与不考虑工件变形的研究相比,在考虑工件变形下,轴类工件外圆磨削的磨削液承载力和摩擦力均有所减小,且减小趋势随着砂轮与工件初始最小间隙减小和砂轮直径、宽度或速度增大变得明显。

Fluid structure interaction study on lubrication performances in external cylindrical grinding for aviation shaft workpiece
Abstract:For the lubrication problem during cylindrical grinding, the lubrication model in the external cylindrical grinding for the aviation shaft made of the 9310 steel was established under the consideration of the workpiece deformation. In doing so, the fluid structure interaction method was used to solve the external cylindrical grinding model considering the workpiece deformation. Under different initial minimum clearances between wheel and workpiece, wheel diameters, widths or speeds, the load-carrying capacity and the friction force of grinding fluid with workpiece deformation was analyzed and compared with those without workpiece deformation. Influences of workpiece deformation on the lubrication performances of shaft workpiece were studied. The numerical results show that compared with the study without workpiece deformation, the load-carrying capacity and the friction force are reduced under the consideration of the workpiece deformation. The trend of reduction becomes obvious with the decrease of the initial minimum clearance and the increase of the wheel diameter, the width or the speed.
