DNA甲基化与缺血性脑血管病的关系研究进展

摘要:DNA甲基化是一种重要的表观遗传调控机制之一。缺血和再灌注过程会引起一系列细胞、分子及其调节过程的变化来损伤脑功能。研究表明,DNA甲基化在缺血性脑血管病的发生发展及后续治疗中发挥着作用。但临床上对于缺血性脑血管病的治疗还不完善,对于脑缺血再灌注后的损伤机制还不清楚。本文简要综述了DNA甲基化在脑缺血及再灌注损伤中发挥作用的机制,展望了对DNA甲基化的研究成为缺血性脑血管病治疗的靶点的潜力,为深入研究DNA甲基化与缺血性脑血管病的相互关系及后续的治疗方案奠定基础。

Advance in research on relationship between DNA methylation and ischemic cerebrovascular disease
Abstract:DNA methylation is one of the important epigenetic regulatory mechanisms. Ischemia and reperfusion processes cause changes in a range of cells, molecules, and their regulatory processes to impair brain function. Studies have shown that DNA methylation plays a role in the development and subsequent treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease. However, the clinical treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease is still not perfect, and the mechanism of injury after cerebral ischemia and reperfusion is still unclear. This article briefly reviews the mechanism of DNA methylation in cerebral ischemia and reperfusion injury, and prospects for the study of DNA methylation as a target for the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease. This article also lays the foundation for an in-depth study of the relationship between DNA methylation and ischemic cerebrovascular disease .
