可重构制齿生产线能效监控系统设计与实现技术研究

摘要:针对制齿生产线耗能设备众多、能耗环节及能量源组件多、能量流动复杂等特点,从面向低碳制造的能效集成监控与系统可重构的角度,在分析制齿生产线能量源构成和主要能效指标的基础上,提出了一种包含物理资源层、智能感知层、核心功能层、系统交互层和基础支撑层的可重构制齿生产线能效监控系统的设计和实现方案,对支持该系统实现的基于软插件的异构数控机床能效数据采集技术进行了研究,通过进一步的数据分析处理实现了制齿生产线的能效实时监控与管理,并提出了一种制齿生产线能效监控的动态可配置方法,以适应制齿生产线的物理配置变动和能效监控需求变化的可重构性。最后,基于上述系统架构及关键实现技术,结合某集团轿车齿轮制齿生产线实际情况进行了系统的开发和初步应用。

Design and realization technology research of reconfigurable energy efficiency monitoring system for gear production line
Abstract:Aiming at the characteristics of the numerous energy-consuming equipment, energy-consuming process, energy source components and complex energy flow in gear production line, A design and implementation scheme of a reconfigurable gear production line energy efficiency monitoring system including physical resource layer, intelligent sensing layer, core functional layer, system interaction layer and basic supporting layer is proposed from the perspective of energy efficiency integrated monitoring and system reconfiguration for low-carbon manufacturing based on the analysis of energy source composition and main energy efficiency indicators of gear production line.The technology of energy efficiency data acquisition for heterogeneous CNC machine tools is studied based on soft plugin. Through further data analysis and processing, The real-time monitoring and management of energy efficiency for the gear production line are realized,and a dynamic configurable method for energy efficiency monitoring is proposed to adapt to the physical configuration change and energy efficiency monitoring demand change of gear production line. Finally, the development and preliminary application of the system was carried out in combination with the actual situation of car gear production line for a certain group based on the above system architecture and key implementation technologies.
