三聚氯氰改性坚木栲胶的制备与复鞣性能

摘要:为提高坚木栲胶的使用性能,采用三聚氯氰进行亲核取代反应,制备三聚氯氰改性坚木栲胶,并利用FIIR对其结构进行表征;采用单因素法,进一步优化出最佳反应条件:反应温度40 C,反应时间5h,缚酸剂为Na2CO3,缚酸剂与三聚氯氰的比例为1:1.5,缚酸剂用量为10%,三聚氯氰用量为15%,所得改性坚木栲胶鞣质含量68.73%,水不溶物含量8.64%,三聚氯氰转化率为40.5%。将制备的改性栲胶用于黄牛鞋面革的复鞣工艺,填充性能好,增厚率、抗张强度、断裂伸长率、撕裂强度均有所提高。

Synthesis and retanning properties of chlorinated cyanine modified quebracho extract
Abstract:In order to improve the performance of quebracho extract, cyanuric chloride was used in nucleophilic substitution reaction to prepare cyanuric chloride modified quebracho extract, and its structure was characterized by FIIR. Single factor method was taken to optimize the best reaction conditions: reaction temperature is 40 C, reaction time is 5h, the acid-capturer is Na2CO3, the ratio of acid-capturer to cyanuric chloride is 1:1.5, the amount of acid-capturer is 10% and the amount of cyanuric chloride is 15%. The tannin content of the modified quebracho extract is 68.73%, the insoluble content is 8.64%, and the cyanuric chloride conversion is 40.5%. When the modified quebracho extract was applied in the retanning process of cattle shoe upper leather, the filling property was good, and the thickening rate, tensile strength, elongation at break and tearing strength were improved as well.
