企业服务型制造管理--基于陕汽集团的实证研究

摘要:在国际大背景下,由于全球经济逐渐放缓,企业生产成本不断上升和资源环境不断约束,企业经济出现高能耗、高污染、低附加值、低劳动效率的现象,从而使得制造型企业遭遇到了前所未有的困难。近年来,许多制造型企业为了适应经济全球化的发展,纷纷将经营重心由传统的降低成本、增加销售量转向拓展产业价值链、提高服务附加值的崭新道路上来。而我国的制造业服务化程度明显滞后于发达国家,因此,提高制造业服务化水平成为我国亟需解决的问题。

Enterprise service manufacturing management--An Empirical Study Based on Shanqi Automobile Group
Abstract:In the international background, due to the global economic slowdown, production costs continue to rise and resources environment economic constraints, enterprises with high energy consumption, high pollution, low value-added, low labor efficiency, which makes the manufacturing enterprises encountered hitherto unknown difficulties. In recent years, many manufacturing enterprises in order to adapt to the development of economic globalization, have the business focus from traditional to reduce costs, increase sEnterprise service manufacturing managementales to expand the industry value chain, improve value-added services to the new road. While China\'s manufacturing industry service level lagged behind the developed countries, therefore, improve the service level of manufacturing has become our urgent need to solve the problem.
