溜槽结构对布料的影响

摘要:旋转溜槽是大型高炉无料钟炉顶的关键装置,其结构及运行参数对高炉炉料分布有直接的影响,进而影响高炉顺行及煤气利用,优化溜槽结构及运行参数是改善高炉布料及提高溜槽寿命的重要研究内容。运用离散单元法模拟软件对溜槽的布料规律进行研究,通过不同的表征方法,深入研究了常见溜槽的布料规律,并设计新型的梯形溜槽,发现梯形溜槽炉料表面的宽度和厚度是所有形状溜槽中最小的,这样更加有利于炉料的集中,能够精确地将炉料布到所需的位置。
