FeCo1.6Mn0.4O4的制备及氧还原性能研究

摘要:尖晶石型过渡金属氧化物AB2O4(A和B都是过渡金属)作为氧还原电极催化剂已经获得了广泛的研究,其中FeCo2O4作为氧还原(ORR)电极催化剂的研究比较少。由获得的研究成果得知,AB2O4型尖晶石氧化物中,B位的元素对尖晶石材料的性能具有决定性的影响。Mn作为过渡金属被广泛研究。为提升FeCo2O4的性能,在FeCo2O4的B位掺入部分Mn元素,制备得到FeCo1.6Mn0.4O4型多孔纳米球体氧化物,对该材料进行了一系列的表征,如XRD,SEM,EDS,XPS。本研究对样品进行电化学测试及性能对比分析,此外还对FeCo1.6Mn0.4O4的稳定性和抗甲醇腐蚀性进行了测试。该研究获得了一种氧还原性能优良且廉价的ORR 催化剂。

Synthesis and oxygen reduction reaction research of FeCo1.6Mn0.4O4
Abstract:The representative spinel-type materials AB2O4 (Both of A and B are transition metals) electrocatalysts for oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) have been investigated widely. But FeCo2O4 was not explored widely as the ORR electrocatalyst,. The elemnet of B site in AB2O4 has a determined influence to the electrochemical performance of sample accroding to the previous research. A part of Co element at B site in FeCo2O4was doped by Mn to improve the electrochemical performance for the popularly research. FeCo1.6Mn0.4O4 porous microspheres was prepared and characterized with XRD, SEM, EDS, XPS. The electrochemical performances were tested and the results were analysed.Meanwhile, the stablilty andmethanol tolerance ability of catalysts were also measured. The work got a superior performanceand non-precious catalyst for oxygen reduction reaction.
