鼠李糖乳杆菌体外生物学特性和基因组研究

摘要:本研究分析了45株不同来源鼠李糖乳杆菌的体外生物学特性和基因组,包括体外模拟胃肠液耐受能力、碳水化合物利用、抗生素耐药性和菌株系统发育分析。结果显示,菌株聚类与宿主年龄、地区、民族无明显关系;所有菌株普遍耐酸,而对胆盐的耐受性较弱,菌株的耐受能力与宿主年龄及民族有关;绝大部分菌株对碳水化合物的利用情况相似,仅个别菌株存在差异,且菌株的碳水化合物利用能力可能与宿主的地区、年龄和民族存在一定的关系;菌株的抗生素耐受性与宿主年龄相关,非婴幼儿源的抗生素耐药能力高于婴幼儿源的。

Biological properties and genomic analysis of Lactobacillus rhamnosus
Abstract:This study analyzed the biological properties and genomes of 45 Lactobacillus rhamnosus strains isolated from different regions, including in vitro simulated gastric and intestinal fluid tolerance, carbohydrate utilization, antibiotic resistance , and phylogenetic analysis of strains. The results showed that there was no significant relationship between strain clustering and host age, region and ethnicity. All strains were generally acid tolerant, but less tolerant to bile salt, and the tolerance of the strain was related to host age and ethnicity. Most of the strains showed similar utilization of carbohydrates, and only some strains had differences, and the carbohydrate utilization capacity of the strain may have a certain relationship with the region, age and ethnicity of the host. The antibiotic tolerance of the strain is related to the age of the host, and the antibiotic resistance of the non-infant source is higher than that of the infant.
