双孢蘑菇粉复配益生菌的微生态制剂缓解铅暴露小鼠的效果评价

摘要:铅(Pb)中毒是一个严重的食品安全问题,故开发有效缓解铅毒性的膳食补充剂已成为研究热点。本研究通过构建铅暴露动物模型评估双孢蘑菇粉复配益生菌的微生态制剂缓解铅毒性的能力。结果表明此微生态制剂可以缓解铅暴露小鼠的学习和记忆损伤,且效果优于药物螯合剂组,同时能有效提高粪便铅含量,降低小鼠组织和血液中的铅水平,激发肝脏和肾脏超氧化物歧化酶活性,降低氧化应激标志物丙二醛水平。此外,其也可调节促炎因子IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α及趋化因子IL-8表达,提高免疫球蛋白sIgA含量,并提高小鼠粪便菌群中有益菌的相对丰度,改善菌群结构进而保护肠道健康。研究结果为具有缓解铅中毒功能的双孢蘑菇粉复配益生菌的微生态制剂的开发及应用提供理论依据。

Evaluation of the effect of microecological preparation of Agaricus bisporus powder compounded probiotics on mice exposed to lead
Abstract:Lead (Pb) poisoning is a serious food safety issue, so the development of dietary supplements that effectively alleviate lead toxicity has become a research hotspot. This study evaluated the alleviation lead toxicity ability of compound microecological preparation containing probiotics and Agaricus bisporus powderby constructing an animal model of lead exposure.The results showed that the microecological preparation could alleviate learning and memory impairment in lead-exposed mice, and the effect was superior to the chelator group. Meanwhile,it could effectively increase the lead content of feces, decrease the lead level in tissues and blood of mice, stimulate the activity of superoxide dismutase and reduce the level of oxidative stress marker malondialdehyde in liver and kidney. In addition, it could also regulate the expression of pro-inflammatory factors IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α and chemokine IL-8, increase the content of immunoglobulin sIgA, and increase the relative abundance of beneficial bacteria in mouse fecal flora, improve the structure of the flora and protect the health of the intestines. The research results provide a theoretical basis for the development and application of microecological preparations of probiotics with Agaricus bisporus powder for relieving lead poisoning.
