摘要:为了增强臭氧作为一种降解粮食中真菌毒素的方法的可靠性和适用性,在这项研究中,采用细胞毒理学实验和代谢组学分析,对脱氧镰刀雪腐烯醇(DON)处理不同时间的臭氧降解产物的细胞毒性机制进行了初步探究。多因素统计分析显示两个时间处理组偏离药物组,有靠近对照组的趋势。臭氧处理逆转了DON在Caco-2细胞中引起的脂质,碳水化合物,氨基酸和能量等代谢改变。代谢途径分析表明,尽管臭氧逆转了DON引起的一些作用,但是并不会导致完全的细胞修复。这种对DON细胞代谢的臭氧降解产物的新见解,为阐明真菌毒素的潜在机制提供了一些启发性指导。

Metabolomics Analysis of cytotoxic reversal caused with ozone treatment on deoxynivalenol
Abstract:In this paper, a series of comprehensive analysis was conducted to to raise awareness about the reliability, availability and applicability of ozone as a degradation tool for use with food. Ozone degradation products of deoxynivalenol were evaluated by cytotoxicity tests and Metabolomics analysis. Multivariate statistical analysis showed that the DON-1 and DON-3 group are deviated from drug groups and closed to the control group. Ozone degradation products of DON impacted the lipid, carbohydrate, amino acid and energy metabolisms in Caco-2 cells, and the metabolic pathway analysis showed that although ozone reversed some of the effects caused by DON, complete cellular recovery may not occur. This novel insight into ozone degradation products of DON cellular metabolism, providing some heuristic guidance for elucidating the underlying mechanisms of mycotoxin.
