The Effect of Swine FMD on Pork Food Safety and Control Measures
Abstract:The pork food safety is an important issue with wide concentration. And swine breeding is the origin of pork food safety control. The swine foot and mouth disease (swine FMD) is a common disease in the swine breeding farms in recent years and it has a great threat to the pork food safety, ultimately, it adds people\'s worry about the pork food safety. Here we expounded the significance of swine FMD on pork food safety from several issues, such as etiology, epidemic character and clinical symptoms of swine FMD, and how swine FMD affecting the pork food safety and the control measures. The aim is to arise the awareness of the importance of swine FMD to the pork food safety.
