摘要:通过参数化CFD仿真与DOE实验设计相结合,研究影响吸气消音器压力损失的显著影响因子,将影响压力损失最明显的因子进行优化,将影响压力损失不明显的因子进行声学传递损失的优化。为研究吸气消音器对压缩机性能和噪音的影响提供新的研究思路。

Parametric Simulation and DOE Design of Compressor Suction Muffler
Abstract:The critical factors of suction muffler pressure loss were studied by parametric CFD simulation and DOE experimental design in this paper.The suction muffler pressure loss has been optimized by the critical factors. The suction muffler acoustics transmission loss has been optimized by indistinctive factors.The paper provide new research ideas of the affects noise performance of compressors by suction muffler.
