核桃叶总黄酮提取的研究

摘要:核桃叶中富含丰富的黄酮类化合物,为了探究核桃叶中提取总黄酮的最佳条件,采用乙醇回流法提取核桃叶中的总黄酮,用NaNO2-Al(NO3)3法测定黄酮类标准化合物的吸光值,获得线性化方程。通过单因素试验和正交试验,考查了乙醇浓度、提取温度、提取时间、料液比这四个因素对核桃叶中黄酮类化合物提取率的影响。结果显示:提取温度75 ℃、料液比1:60、提取时间60 min、乙醇浓度50 %为提取总黄酮的最佳提取条件。

Study on Extraction of Total Flavonoids from Walnut Leaves
Abstract:Walnut leaves are rich in flavonoids. In order to explore the best conditions for extracting total flavonoids from walnut leaves, total flavonoids in walnut leaves were extracted by ethanol reflux method, and the absorption of flavonoids was determined by NaNO2-Al(NO3)3 method. Value, obtain the linearization equation. The effects of ethanol concentration, extraction temperature, extraction time and solid-liquid ratio on the extraction rate of flavonoids in walnut leaves were investigated by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the extraction temperature was 75 C, the ratio of material to liquid was 1:60, the extraction time was 60 min, and the ethanol concentration was 50%, which was the best extraction condition for extracting total flavonoids.
