摘要:对江苏寒冷地区53栋既有既有居住建筑调研及节能改造方案优化居住建筑进行实地调研,分析其能耗特征和节能潜力,并建立起典型居住建筑计算模型,以建筑围护结构优化为核心,采用建筑能耗模拟软件DeST-h对比分析不同节能改造方案的能耗特点,建立经济性评价模型,提出适宜的建筑节能方案,为寒冷地区建筑节能改造工作提供参考。

Investigation of Existing Residential Buildings and Optimization of Energy-saving Renovation Scheme
Abstract:Fifty-three existing residential buildings in cold areas of Jiangsu Province were investigated on the spot, their energy consumption characteristics and energy saving potential were analyzed, and a typical residential building calculation model was established. With the optimization of building envelope structure as the core, the energy consumption characteristics of different energy-saving renovation schemes were compared and analyzed by using building energy consumption simulation software DeST-h, and an economic evaluation model was established, and an appropriate energy-saving scheme for buildings was put forward. The energy-saving renovation of buildings in cold regions can provide reference.
