复合益生菌制剂对便秘的缓解作用

摘要:【目的】探究复合益生菌制剂对盐酸洛哌丁胺诱导的便秘小鼠是否具有缓解作用,并分析缓解便秘的机制。【方法】对36只BALB/c小鼠随机分组,不同剂量的复合益生菌制剂干预14天后使用盐酸洛哌丁胺诱导便秘,药物酚酞做阳性对照,记录每组小鼠的排便粒数和粪便含水量,测定小鼠的首粒黑便时间和小肠推进率,收集小鼠粪便分析其中短链脂肪酸(SCFA)的含量,测定小鼠血清中便秘相关胃肠调节肽浓度的变化。【结果】酚酞组、中剂量组和高剂量益生菌组显著改善了便秘小鼠的排便状态,并恢复部分SCFA的水平,中剂量组和高剂量益生菌组将便秘小鼠的部分胃肠调节肽恢复至接近正常水平,而低剂量益生菌组的小鼠没有表现出明显的便秘缓解症状。【结论】复合益生菌制剂在合适剂量范围能够有效缓解便秘,其作用机制与促进产生大量的SCFA、从而刺激肠道蠕动有关。

Study on the alleviation effect and mechanism of compound probiotics on constipation
Abstract:Objective: To investigate whether compound probiotics have an alleviation effect on mice with loperamide-induced constipation and its mechanism. Methods: Thirty-six BALB/c mice were randomly divided into 6 groups. After 14 days of intervention with different doses of probiotics, loperamide was used to induce constipation in mice. The drug phenolphthalein was used as a positive control. The number of feces, water content of feces, the time to the first black stool defecation and small intestinal transit rate were recorded. The level of short-chain fatty acid (SCFA) in feces and concentration of the gastrointestinal neurotransmitters in mice serum were also measured. Results: The defecation status of constipation and the level of SCFA were significantly improved in phenolphthalein group, the middle dose (compound probiotics) group and the high dose (compound probiotics) probiotic group. The concentration of the gastrointestinal neurotransmitters of mice in the middle dose group and the high dose probiotic group were recovered close to normal levels. While the mice in the low dose probiotic group did not show significant alleviation of constipation. Conclusion: The compound probiotics can effectively alleviate constipation in the proper dosage range. The alleviation of constipation could be attributed to the promotion of a large amount of SCFA by probiotics, which stimulates intestinal peristalsis.?
