开槽实心转子电机磁场及性能分析

摘要:实心转子异步电机启动转矩大,适用于频繁启停的场合,但是其功率因数和效率低,可以在转子表面轴向开槽得到改善。本文采用三维有限元法研究实心转子电机的磁场,可充分考虑铁芯饱和、端部效应等因素,通过与样机实验数据进行比较。证明了采用三维有限元法能够精确分析实心转子电机的磁场分布规律及工作性能,在开槽对实心转子电机性能影响分析时,本文采用更加直观的三维有限元法分析开槽变化对电机的输出转矩的影响规律。说明了合理的开槽可以有效的提高电机的输出转矩。为该类电机的设计优化提供了依据。

The Magnetic Field and Performance Analysis of Slotted Solid
Abstract:The solid rotor asynchronous motor has a large starting torque and is suitable for frequent start and stop situations, but its power factor and efficiency are low, and the axial groove on the rotor surface can be improved. In this paper, the three-dimensional finite element method is used to study the magnetic field of a solid rotor motor. The factors such as core saturation and end effect can be fully considered and compared with the experimental data of the prototype. It is proved that the three-dimensional finite element method can accurately analyze the magnetic field distribution law and working performance of solid rotor motor. In the analysis of the influence of slotting on the performance of solid rotor motor, this paper uses a more intuitive three-dimensional finite element method to analyze the output of the slot change to the motor. The law of the influence of torque. It shows that reasonable slotting can effectively improve the output torque of the motor. It provides a basis for design optimization of this type of motor.
