The experimental research on preparation and Characterization of polythiophene nanofibers

Abstract:The study of polythiophene gradually has become more and more extensive,polythiophene and its derivatives become the main material of electrode materials, organic semiconductors, and sensors. Polythiophene occupies an important position in the study of conductive polymers. In this paper,highly ordered polythiophene(Pth) nanofibers array were prepared from thiophene monomer using electrochemical three-electrode template method, by porous anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) template. the nanomaterials prepared by the template method of electrochemical three-electrode synthesis hold good orientation and its growth can be controllable. The prepared nanowires were separated by a tungsten probe using a micromanipulator. The single polythiophene nanofibers were obtained and characterized by Raman spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). These data measured in our experiment provide a reference basis for mechanical properties and applied research on single polythiophene nanofibers.

聚噻吩纳米纤维的制备及表征的实验研究
摘要:聚噻吩的研究逐渐变得越来越广泛,聚噻吩及其衍生物成为电极材料,有机半导体和传感器的主要材料。聚噻吩在导电聚合物的研究中占有重要地位。本文采用电化学三电极模板法多孔阳极氧化铝模板上,由噻吩单体制备了高度有序的聚噻吩(Pth)纳米纤维阵列。采用模板法制备的聚噻吩纳米材料具有良好的性能,取向及其生长是可控的。采用显微操作仪的钨探针将制备的纳米线进行分离,本课题得到单一聚噻吩纳米纤维,并将它们通过拉曼光谱、电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)进行表征。在本实验中测量的这些数据为单一聚噻吩纳米纤维的机械性能和应用研究提供了参考基础。
