基于物联网的微波烧结云监控系统

摘要:为配合先进微波烧结设备的研制,结合物联网技术设计了一种针对微波烧结的云监控系统,目的是实现微波烧结的远程监控和烧结数据的自动采集存储,并在此基础上设计了完整的微波烧结信息管理系统。系统采用树莓派作为网关完成微波烧结设备的物联网接入,使用MQTT协议实现实时数据传输,使用用户身份验证和ACL来增强MQTT的安全性。测试结果表明,该系统能确保消息的实时可靠传输和安全控制,并能在云端有效保存微波烧结数据,同时用户可以流畅访问并导出历史监控数据。

Microwave Sintering Cloud Monitoring System Based on Internet of Things
Abstract:In order to cooperate with the research of advanced microwave sintering equipment, a cloud monitoring system for microwave sintering was designed based on the Internet of Things technology. The purpose is to realize the remote monitoring of microwave sintering and the automatic collection and storage of sintering data. Based on this, a complete microwave sintering information management system is designed. The Raspberry Pi is used as a gateway to complete the IoT access of the microwave sintering equipment, the MQTT protocol is used for real-time data transmission, and user authentication and ACL are used to enhance the sMicrowave Sintering Cloud Monitoring System Based on Internet of Thingsecurity of the MQTT. The test results show that the system can ensure real-time reliable transmission and security control of messages, and can effectively save microwave sintering data in the cloud, and users can smoothly access and export historical monitoring data.
