高速钢丝编织机转子疲劳寿命分析及多目标优化设计

摘要:为研究高速钢丝编织机转子系统的结构动力学响应及疲劳断裂情况,基于ANSYS Workbench平台,对转子进行瞬态动力学分析。分别得到转子的主轴、光杆定位块螺栓及上拨叉在时变循环载荷的作用下的应力谱,并导入nCode Designlife模块中进行疲劳寿命评估。基于响应面法对上述三个关键部件进行多目标优化设计。结果表明,基于响应面法可快速得到转子结构优化设计的最优解,缓解应力集中,并指导后续的优化设计。

Fatigue Life Analysis and Multi-objective Optimization Design of Rotor of High Speed Steel Wire Braiding Machine
Abstract:In order to study the structural dynamic response and fatigue fracture of the rotor system of high speed steel wire braiding machine, the transient dynamics analysis of the rotor was carried out based on the ANSYS Workbench platform. The stress spectra of the rotor\'s main shaft, the polished rod positioning block bolts and the upper fork under the time-varying cyclic load were obtained and imported into the nCode Designlife module for fatigue life evaluation. The multi-objective optimization design of the above three key components is based on the response surface method. The results show that the optimal solution of the rotor structure optimization design can be quickly obtained based on the response surface method, the stress concentration can be alleviated, and the subsequent optimization design can be guided.
