锆-铝-钛鞣革屑制备填料及其应用

摘要:为合理利用锆-铝-钛无铬鞣革屑,采用草酸法水解、THPS(四羟甲基硫酸磷)进行改性,制备蛋白填料,并回用制革填充工序。草酸法水解锆-铝-钛鞣革屑的最佳条件为草酸用量15%,水用量750%,温度90℃,时间8h,可使水解率达到89%以上。THPS改性蛋白水解物的最佳条件为THPS用量为40%,温度30 C,pH=7,时间6h,可使改性产物溶解度高,填充皮革增厚率好。锆-铝-钛鞣革屑制备的蛋白填料应用于制革填充工序条件为温度30℃,pH为4.6-4.9,水用量为50%,蛋白填料用量为10%,所得皮革增厚率达到14%以上,物理机械性能优异。该技术将锆-铝-钛革屑制成蛋白填料,节约资源,减少污染,所得蛋白填料填充性好,成革物理机械性能符合标准要求,抗菌防霉性能好。

Preparation and application of protein filler by Zr-Al-Ti tanned shavings
Abstract: In order to make rational use of Zr-Al-Ti tanned shavings, it is hydrolyzed by oxalic acid method and modified with THPS(tetrakis hydroxymethyl phosphonium sulfate) to prepare protein filler, and it is recycled on the filling process. The optimum conditions for the hydrolysis of Zr-Al-Ti tanned shavings by oxalic acid method are 15% oxalic acid, 750% water, 90 C and 8 h, which can make the hydrolysis rate reach 89%. The optimum conditions for the modification of protein hydrolyzate by THPS are 40% THPS, 30 C, pH=7, 6 h, which can make the modified product have high solubility and the filling leather has a good thickening rate. The protein filler prepared by Zr-Al-Ti tanned shavings is applied to the filling process at a temperature of 30 C, a pH of 4.6-4.9, a water content of 50%, a protein filler content of 10%, the obtained leather has a thickening rate of 14% or more and excellent physical and mechanical properties. The technology makes Zr-Al-Ti tanned shavings into protein filler, saves resources and reduces pollution, and the obtained protein filler has good filling property, and the physical and mechanical properties of the leather meet the standard requirements, and the antibacterial and mildew resistance is good..
