复配益生菌对由高脂饮食导致的小鼠代谢综合征的缓解作用

摘要:【目的】本研究选用前期研究得到的两株对代谢综合征(MS)具有缓解作用的益生菌,结合三株乳杆菌进行复配,研究其对高脂饮食诱导的MS小鼠的干预效果,进而探讨其作用机制。【方法】将6周龄C57BL/6J雄性小鼠随机分为十五组,空白组饲喂对照饲料,其余组均饲喂60%高脂饲料,分析不同益生菌复配组合对小鼠体重等一般情况、糖脂代谢、胰岛素抵抗、炎症因子等一系列指标的影响。【结果】干预组小鼠体重较模型组具有显著性降低,胰岛素抵抗得到缓解,脂质代谢异常得到改善,且与乳杆菌复配后其对MS的缓解效果有较大幅度的提高。【结论】复配组合对MS的缓解效果要优于单一菌株,益生菌复配组合在MS的缓解方面具有协同增效作用。

Effects of probiotics combination on metabolic syndrome in mice
Abstract: Objective: Two strains of probiotics with good effects on metabolic syndrome (MS) alleviation were obtained in the previous study. To study the intervention effects of probiotics combination on MS mice, based on these two probiotics, three strains of Lactobacillus were compounded. Methods: Six-week-old C57BL/6J male mice were randomly divided into fifteen groups. The blank group was fed with control diet, the other groups were fed 60% high-fat diet. Body weight, food intake, glycolipid metabolism, insulin resistanceand inflammatory factors were analyzed. Results: The body weight of mice in the groups treated with probiotics was significantly lower than that in the model group. Insulin resistance and abnormal lipidEffects of probiotics combination on metabolic syndrome in mice metabolism were also alleviated. Conclusion: The effects of probiotics combination in the intervention group were stronger than that of the single strain, and the combination of probiotics had a synergistic effect on the alleviation of MS.
