摘要:污秽是影响绝缘子绝缘状态的重要因素之一,直流绝缘子污秽积累速度快,更容易产生污闪。为了研究和监测直流绝缘子的污秽状态,对换流站直流绝缘子带电运行积污后的等值盐密和等值灰密进行测量、统计分析,分析污秽积累特性,分析结果表明,直流绝缘子高压端污秽比低压端严重,上表面的污秽比下表面严重。并设计了基于泄漏 电流的直流绝缘子污秽预警装置,通过人工神经网络构建了泄漏电流特征量和污秽度之间的关系。试验结果表明,该装置可以有效预警,为监控绝缘子运行状态和保障设备正常运行提供了参考。

DC insulator pollution precaution device based on leakage current
Abstract:Contamination is one of the important factors affecting the insulation state of the insulator. The DC insulator has a high accumulation rate of dirt and is more likely to cause pollution flash. In order to study and monitor the pollution state of the DC insulator, the equivalent salt density and equivalent gray density of the DC insulator of the converter station are measured and statistically analyzed, and the pollution accumulation characteristics are analyzed. The analysis results show that the DC insulator has a high voltage end. The contamination is more serious than the low pressure end, and the contamination of the upper surface is more serious than the lower surface. A DC insulator contamination warning device based on leakage current is designed. The relationship between the leakage current characteristic quantity and the pollution degree is constructed by artificial neural network. The test results show that the device can effectively provide early warning, which provides a reference for monitoring the running state of the insulator and ensuring the normal operation of the equipment。
