封闭式制冷展示柜风幕模拟及实验验证

摘要:为了研究封闭式制冷展示柜风幕的性能,探究影响制冷展示柜内空气温度场和速度场均匀与稳定的因素,本文根据流体力学基本方程,通过FLUENT模拟制冷展示柜内的空气流动,分析了不同出风温度及出风速度下制冷展示柜内的空气温度分布和速度分布,并进行了实验验证。结果表明:制冷展示柜的出风速度及出风温度为影响风幕性能和柜内空气分布的主要因素,并且当制冷展示柜出风温度为250K、出风速度为2.5m/s时,制冷展示柜风幕起到了较好的封闭效果和制冷效果。

Wind Curtain Simulation and Experimental Verification of Closed Refrigeration Display Cabinet
Abstract:In order to study the performance of the air curtain of the closed refrigeration display cabinet and explore the factors affecting the uniformity and stability of the air temperature and velocity field in the display cabinet, the air flow in the display cabinet was simulated by FLUENT according to the basic equation of fluid mechanics, and the air temperature and velocity distribution in the display cabinet were analyzed under different outflow temperatures and outflow velocities. The experiment was validated. The results show that the main factors affecting the performance of the air curtain and the air distribution in the refrigeration display cabinet are the air outlet velocity and temperature. When the air outlet temperature of the refrigeration display cabinet is 250K and the air outlet velocity is 2.5m/s, the air curtain of the refrigeration display cabinet has a better sealing effect and refrigeration effect.
