新型BODIPY类Galectin-3荧光探针的设计、合成及初步表征

摘要:BODIPY类荧光染料具有良好的稳定性和优良的光学性能,在荧光偏振检测中能有效提高检测结果的准确性,同时能减少待测样品的用量。基于BODIPY类荧光染料和Galectin-3抑制剂的结构,本文设计并合成了BODIPY类Galectin-3荧光探针。初步表征结果表明,所合成的探针与Galectin-3孵育后,其荧光偏振值有较大变化,具有用于Galectin-3抑制剂研究的潜力。

Design, Synthesis and Preliminary Characterization of BODIPY Fluorescent Probes for Galectin-3
Abstract:BODIPY fluorescent dyes have good stability and excellent optical properties. It can improve the accuracy of assay results and reduce the amount of samples in fluorescence polarization assay. Based on the structures of BODIPY fluorescent dyes and Galectin-3 inhibitors, the BODIPY fluorescent probes for Galectin-3 were designed and synthesized. The result of preliminary characterization indicated that the fluorescence polarization value of the synthesized probes were greatly changed after incubation with Galectin-3. So the synthesized probes have potentail for the research of Galectin-3 inhibitors.
