广东省高新技术产业生态系统内要素关系的PVAR模型分析

摘要:目前高新技术产业发展是社会经济增长的核心动力,且随着我国全面建设小康社会和实现现代化建设,产业化发展中资源能源的超常规利用和生态环境的破坏日益严重,尤其是广东省,因此,推动广东省高新技术产业发展与资源承载力和环境容量的协调成为实现社会经济可持续发展的必然选择。由此本文从高新技术产业发展、生态环境和社会进步三方面选取广东省21个市2005-2016年的数据建立指标体系,采用熵值改进的CRITIC法对各指标赋权,计算评价指数并在此基础上建立PVAR模型,通过脉冲响应函数分析得到产业生态系统内产业发展与社会进步之间具有持续的相互促进关系,而产业发展对生态环境则存在一定的抑制作用,进而提出相应建议。

Analysis of PVAR Model for Influencing Factors Analysis of PVAR Model of Factor Relationship in High-tech Industry Ecosystem of Guangdong Province
Abstract:At present, the development of high-tech industries is the core driving force for social and economic growth. With the comprehensive construction of a well-off society and the realization of modernization in China, the extraordinary use of resources and energy and the destruction of the ecological environment in industrialization are becoming more and more serious, especially in Guangdong Province. Promoting the development of high-tech industries in Guangdong Province and the coordination of resource carrying capacity and environmental capacity have become inevitable choices for achieving sustainable socio-economic development. Therefore, this paper selects the data establishment index system of 21 cities in Guangdong Province from 2005 to 2016 from the aspects of high-tech industry development, ecological environment and social progress. The CRITIC method with entropy improvement is used to empower each index, and the evaluation index is calculated. Based on this, the PVAR model is established. Through the analysis of impulse response function, there is a continuous mutual promotion relationship between industrial development and social progress in the industrial ecosystem. Industrial development has a certain inhibitory effect on the ecological environment, and corresponding suggestions are put forward.
