弦支穹顶结构预应力张拉方案分析

摘要:本文基于某实际工程的弦支穹顶结构提出预应力施加方案进行模拟分析,并对其所提方案进行优化,讨论了优化后方案不同阶段的预应力施加时弦支穹顶结构各部分杆件变形、受力的响应程度。分析表明,位于结构外环的构件对预应力变化响应程度较大,张拉外拉索对结构的影响较大,在对外拉索施加预应力时应该对结构进行更严格的监测及保护,并且验证了本文所提方案的可行性,为实际工程提供借鉴。

Analysis of Prestressed Tension Scheme for Suspended Dome Structure
Abstract:In this paper, a prestressing scheme for a suspended dome structure of a practical project is simulated and analyzed, and the proposed scheme is optimized. The response of the members of the suspended dome structure to the deformation and stress is discussed when the prestressing force is applied at different stages of the optimized scheme. The analysis shows that the components located in the outer ring of the structure respond to the change of prestressing force greatly, and the external cables have a great influence on the structure. When prestressing the external cables, the structure should be monitored and protected more strictly. The feasibility of the scheme proposed in this paper is verified, which provides a reference for practical engineering.
