高温胁迫下不同夏玉米品种穗发育特征

摘要:本试验于2018年在河北农业大学辛集试验站进行。以耐热品种农大372和热敏感品种先玉335为供试材料,设高温和大田对照两个处理,从雄穗农艺性状,花粉活力,雌穗籽粒发育研究了两类玉米品种对高温胁迫的响应差异,揭示夏玉米抵御高温胁迫的组织形态学特性,为夏玉米耐高温、定向育种提供参考。主要结果表明:高温胁迫缩短了玉米生育进程,主穗长度缩短,雄穗分枝数增加,雄穗大小、雄穗体积和雄穗干重下降,雌雄间隔期增加,雄穗散粉受阻,散粉量下降,散粉率加快,花粉的活力降低,花药显微结构发生变化,影响玉米籽粒发育,导致单株产量降低。

Ear development characteristics of different Summer Maize Varieties under high temperature stress
Abstract:The experiment was conducted in Xinji experimental station of Hebei Agricultural University in 2018. Using heat-resistant variety Nongda 372 and heat-sensitive variety Xianyu 335 as test materials, two treatments of high temperature and field control were set up. The difference of response of two types of maize varieties to high temperature stress was studied from the agronomic traits of tassel, pollen vigor and the development of female ear grain. The histomorphological characteristics of summer maize resisting high temperature stress were revealed, which could provide reference for high temperature-resistant and directional breeding of summer maize. The main results showed that high temperature stress shortened the growth process of maize, shortened the length of main panicle, increased the number of branches of tassel, decreased the size of tassel, volume of tassel and dry weight of tassel, increased the interval between male and female, hindered the pollination of tassel, decreased the amount of pollination, accelerated the rate of pollination, decreased the viability of pollen, changed the microstructures of pollen, affected the development of maize grain, and resulted in the decrease of yield per plant.
