ROS响应性的高分子复合物胶束的制备与表征

摘要:通过阴离子开环聚合的方法,合成了聚(乙二醇)-b-聚(硫化丙烯)(PEG-b-PPS)二嵌段共聚物。本文利用PEG制备的大分子引发剂引发聚合,合成PEG-b-PPS聚合物。该种二嵌段聚合物能在水性环境中自发形成以疏水性PPS为核、亲水性PEG为壳层的高分子复合胶束。由于PPS片段中的硫原子在氧化条件下能氧化为亚砜或者砜,此时PPS也由疏水性转变为亲水性,导致胶束崩解。因此,所制备的PEG-b-PPS高分子复合胶束具有ROS响应性。

Abstract:Poly (ethylene glycol)-b- poly (propylene sulfide) (PEG-b-PPS) diblock copolymer can be synthesized by ring-opening polymerization. In this paper, PEG is used as macromolecular initiator to initiate polymerization, which makes the synthesis of PEG-b-PPS polymer easier and faster. The diblock polymer can spontaneously form polymer micelles with hydrophobic PPS as the core and PEG as the shell layer in an aqueous environment. Since sulfur atoms in PPS fragments can be oxidized to sulfoxide or sulfoxide under oxidation conditions, the PPS fragments change from hydrophobic to hydrophilic, leading to micellar disintegration. Therefore, the prepared PEG-b-PPS polymer complex micelles are sensitive to ROS.
