三七内生真菌Emericella sp.中1个新的酰胺类化合物的分离和结构鉴定

摘要:目的:研究三七内生真菌Emericella sp.的次级代谢产物。方法:用乙酸乙酯萃取Emericella sp.液体发酵产物,并用正相硅胶柱层析,凝胶Sephadex LH-20柱层析,半制备HPLC等手段分离纯化,根据NMR,MS等数据解析和鉴定化合物结构。结果:从Emericella sp.发酵产物中分离得到1个新的酰胺类化合物。结论:结构鉴定为N-((3S,4R)-4,6,8-trihydroxy-3-methyl-1-oxoisochroman-7-yl)acetamide。

Isolation and structure identification of a new amide compound from Emericella sp., an endophytic fungus of panax notoginseng
Abstract: Objective: To study the secondary metabolites of Emericella sp., an endophytic fungus of panax notoginseng. Methods:The liquid fermentation products of Emericella sp. were extracted with ethyl acetate.Silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and semi-preparative HPLC were used for separation and purification.The structure of the compound was analyzed and identified by NMR and MS data. Results: A new amide compound was isolated from the fermentation products of Emericella sp.. Conclusion: The structure was identified as N-((3S,4R)-4,6, 8-trihydroxy-3-methyl-1-oxoisochrome-7-yl)acetamide.
