摘要:本文以纺纱行业的筒管为研究对象,基于STM32建立嵌入式图像采集系统获取筒管的彩色图像,提取筒管颜色特征,研究分色算法,实现筒管分色。本文首先介绍了嵌入式图像采集系统的搭建及分色筛选程序的基本思路和流程,并详细研究了基于特征提取的颜色相近判定算法,并成功应用于筒管分色筛选系统。

Design of tube color separation system based on STM32
Abstract:In this paper, the tube of spinning industry is taken as the research object, and an embedded image acquisition system based on STM32 is established to acquire the color image of the tube, extract the color characteristics of the tube, and study the color separation algorithm to achieve the tube color separation. Firstly, this paper introduces the basic idea and flow of the embedded image acquisition system and the color separation and screening program, and studies the color similarity detection algorithm based on feature extraction in detail, and successfully applies it to the barrel color separation and screening system.
