装配式项目中BIM应用风险评价研究

摘要:现阶段BIM技术在装配式项目中的应用风险问题,特别是如何提高BIM应用风险评价客观性,帮助决策者进行BIM应用风险管控成为学者关注的热点问题。本文采用解释结构模型(ISM)对装配式项目中BIM技术应用面临的主要风险进行了聚类分析并建立风险指标体系;运用改进的层次分析法,通过模糊一致矩阵确定指标权重,采用灰色系统模糊理论确定评价灰类及灰色评价权向量,并以南京国际博览中心项目为例,建立BIM应用风险评价模型,确定项目BIM应用风险等级。主要结论是BIM技术在南京国际博览中心项目中的应用风险为中等,其中技术、人员两方面对BIM在装配式项目中的应用影响最大。本研究为装配式项目中BIM技术的应用风险评价提供了新的视角和方法。

Research on Risk Evaluation of BIM Applicationin Prefabricated Buildings
Abstract:At present, the application risk of BIM technology in assembly projects, especially how to improve the objectivity of BIM application risk assessment, helps decision makers to carry out BIM application risk management and control has become a hot issue for scholars. In this paper, the Interpretative Structural Model (ISM) is used to cluster and analyze the main risks of BIM technology application in the assembly project and establish a risk index system. Using the improved analytic hierarchy process, the weight of the index is determined by the fuzzy consistent matrix, and the gray system is used. The theory determines the gray and gray evaluation weight vector, and takes the Nanjing International Expo Center project as an example to establish a BIM application risk assessment model to determine the project BIM application risk level. The main conclusion is that BIM technology has a medium application risk in the Nanjing International Expo Center project. The technical and personnel aspects have the greatest impact on the application of BIM in the assembly project. This study provides a new perspective and method for the application risk assessment of BIM technology in assembly projects.
