BiVO4光催化剂的合成及其可见光性能

摘要:采用共沉淀和水热法分别制备了BiVO4光催化剂。用XRD, SEM, FT-IR, UV-vis DRS表征BiVO4的结构和性质,并以降解10 mg/L罗丹明B(RhB)的降解率考察了样品的可见光催化活性。结果表明:两种方法合成的BiVO4具有相同的结构,均为单斜晶型;共沉淀法制备的BiVO4的形貌比水热法制备的形貌更均匀,并在可见光区域表现出了较强的光吸收能力;在可见光照射60 min后,水热法和共沉淀法制备的BiVO4均可降解RhB,降解率分别是36.7%和33.5%。

Synthesis of BiVO4 Photocatalyst and Its Photocatalytic Activity under Visible Light Irradiation
Abstract:BiVO4 photocatalysts were prepared by coprecipitation and hydrothermal methods, respectively. The structure and properties of BiVO4 were characterized by XRD, SEM, FT-IR and UV-vis DRS. The photocatalytic activity of the sample was investigated by degrading the degradation rate of 10 mg/L rhodamine B (RhB). The results show that the BiVO4 synthesized by the two methods has the same structure, and it is monoclinic. The morphology of BiVO4 prepared by coprecipitation method is more uniform than that prepared by hydrothermal method. Both of these samples exhibited strong light absorption in the visible light region. The degradation rates of RhB by BiVO4 by hydrothermal method and coprecipitation method with 60 min are 36.7% and 33.5% under visible light irradiation, respectively.
