弯曲模态在管道中的传播特性数值模拟

摘要:弯曲模态对管道中部分缺陷和应力检测较为适用,但弯曲模态数量较多,单一弯曲模态激励与识别难度较大,故研究弯曲模态具有重要的意义。利用有限元软件ABAQUS进行管结构超声导波传播的数值模拟,按不同频率和不同接收点激励出导波在管道中的传播特性,分别模拟出激励频率在20KHz,50KHz,85KHz的导波在离激励端300mm,400mm,600mm,800mm处的传播特性。在频率为50KHz、传播距离为600mm时,可以得到比较单一的弯曲模态,为以后研究单一弯曲模态提供了基础。

Numerical Simulation of Propagation Characteristics of Bending Mode in Pipeline
Abstract:The bending mode is suitable for partial defect and stress detection in pipelines, but the number of bending modes is large, and the single bending mode excitation and identification is difficult. Therefore, it is important to study the bending mode. The finite element software ABAQUS is used to simulate the ultrasonic guided wave propagation of the tube structure. The propagation characteristics of the guided wave in the pipeline are excited according to different frequencies and different receiving points. The guided waves with excitation frequency of 20KHz, 50KHz and 85KHz are respectively simulated. Propagation end 300mm, 400mm, 600mm, 800mm propagation characteristics.
