员工持股对新三板互联网企业绩效的影响研究

摘要:本文以新三板互联网企业2015-2017年的数据为研究对象,采用实证方法研究了这类以中小企业为主的企业中,员工持股对企业绩效的影响。由于相关数据库完整性较差,本文设计了一套数据收集整理方案,以人工采集的方式从财务报表等公开信息中获取研究所需主要数据,并与数据库中的数据进行校验补充,形成最终的实证数据。在此基础上,本文采用主成分分析法、倾向值分析、多元回归分析等多种方法,对新三板互联网企业员工持股与企业绩效的关系进行实证研究。实证研究的结果表明,新三板互联网行业员工持股对企业绩效有显著的正向促进作用,在控制一系列企业特征的情况下,有员工持股的公司财务绩效显著更好。

Research on the Impact of Employee Stock Ownership on the Performance of NEEQ Internet Enterprises
Abstract:Takingthe data of NEEQ Internet enterprises from 2015 to 2017 as the research object, this paper adopts the empirical method to study the impact of employee stock ownership on enterprise performance in such firms. Due to the poor integrity of relevant databases, this paper designed a set of data collection and arrangement scheme to obtain the main data from public information such as financial statements by means of manual collection, and verify and supplement the data in the database to form the final empirical data. On this basis, this paper conducts an empirical study on the relationship between employee stock ownership and corporate performance of NEEQ Internet enterprises by adopting multiple methods such as principal component analysis, Propensity Score Matching and multiple regression analysis. The results of empirical research show that employee stock ownership has a significant positive effect on corporate performance in the NEEQ Internet industry. Under the control of a series of corporate characteristics, the financial performance of companies with employee stock ownership is significantly better.
