无线分布式振动同步采集系统

摘要:随着自动化水平的提高以及无线通信技术的发展。分布式振动采集系统脱离了使用传统有线的系统节点进行数据采集的方式,逐渐朝着无线、小型化的方向发展。本文提出的无线分布式振动同步采集系统是通过WiFi无线通信进行数据传输,通过GPS授时实现数据的同步采集。系统节点主要用于振动加速度的采集,通过下位机的同步数据采集和上位机的数据接收与显示实现振动源的时差定位功能,这种时差定位应用为大型建筑物的健康监测提供了一种利用无线传感器进行故障点定位的可行性方法。

Wireless distributed vibration synchronous acquisition system
Abstract:With the improvement of automation level and the development of wireless communication, the distributed vibration acquisition system has deviated from the traditional cable system nodes for data collection, and gradually developed towards wireless and miniaturization. A wireless distributed vibration synchronous acquisition system is proposed in this paper, which transmits data through WIFI wireless communication, and realizes synchronous data acquisition through GPS timing. The system node is connected to the satellite through the GPS module. The system node is mainly used for the acquisition of vibration acceleration,and the time difference positioning function of the vibration source is realized through the synchronous data acquisition of the hardware and the data receiving and display of the PC software. A utilization is provided for the health monitoring of large buildings in the time difference positioning application, which is used for fault location by wireless sensors. .
