摘要:发展了碱促进下邻氨基苄氯和1,3,5-三芳基六氢-1,3,5-三嗪的[4+2]环加成反应,以优异的收率得到四氢喹唑啉类衍生物。该合成方法具有反应条件温和、底物适用范围广、区域选择性高及操作简便等优点。

Synthesis of 1,2,3,4-Tetrahydroquinazolines by [4+2] Cycloaddition Reaction
Abstract:A novel base-promated [4+2] cycloaddition reaction of O-amino benzyl Chloride with 1,3,5-triarylhexahydro-1,3,5-triazines has been developed, affording 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinazolines. This prototocol features mild conditions, high efficiency, and wide substrate scopes.
