铝棒永磁感应加热有限元分析

摘要:介绍了一种永磁感应加热装置,建立了其磁-热耦合计算的物理模型与数学模型。应用有限元分析软件,分析了导体中涡流分布情况,并研究不同的结构参数变化对铝棒中涡流输出功率的影响。最后求出加热完成后铝棒内部温度分布情况,证明该加热装置可在铝棒轴向形成一定的温度梯度。

Finite element analysis of permanent magnet induction heating of aluminum billet
Abstract:In this paper,A permanent magnet induction heating device is introduced. The physical model and mathematical model of the magneto-thermal coupling calculation are established. The finite element analysis software is used to analyze the eddy current distribution in the conductor, and the variation of different structural parameters on the eddy current in the aluminum rod is studied. The effect of output power. Finally, the internal temperature distribution of the aluminum billet after heating is obtained, and it is proved that the heating device can form a certain temperature gradient in the axial direction of the aluminum billet.
