无机卤化钙钛矿量子点的研究进展

摘要:近年来,各种无机金属卤化物钙钛矿纳米材料以其优异的发光性能和电学性质在各个领域得到了广泛的应用。与传统半导体材料相比,全无机金属卤化物钙钛矿具有许多优异的物理化学性质,并且能够表现出更好的光致发光特性,包括更高的光致发光量子产率、较窄的发射带宽以及在整个可见区域具有发光可调谐性。与有机-无机杂化钙钛矿材料相比,无机阳离子Cs+具有较高的热分解温度,故而比有机-无机杂化钙钛矿更稳定。本文从晶体结构、制备方法及相关领域应用三个方面综述了无机卤化钙钛矿纳米材料近段时间的研究进展。

Research Progress of Inorganic Halide Perovskite Quantum Dots
Abstract:In recent years, all inorganic metal halide perovskite nanomaterials have been widely used in various fields due to their excellent luminescence and electrical properties.Compared with traditional semiconductor materials, all-inorganic metal halide perovskite has many excellent physical and chemical properties and can show better photoluminescence characteristics, including higher photoluminescence quantum yield, narrow emission bandwidth and luminescence tunability in the whole visible region.Compared with organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite materials, the inorganic cation Cs+ has a higher thermal decomposition temperature, which makes it more stable than organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite.In this paper, the research progress of inorganic perovskite halogenated nanomaterials is reviewed from the aspects of crystal structure, preparation methods and related fields.
