选择性激光熔化成形工艺中粉末床气流临界速度的测定

摘要:选择性激光熔化成形过程中,会伴随有烟尘的产生,因此设备需优化循环过滤系统以便更好地除去成形面上方的烟尘,但同时不能将已铺好的粉末吹散。目前,各种用于选择性激光熔化粉末的临界流速未有相关测定数据。本文通过附加实验风箱的方法,利用热线风速仪对不同密度的18Ni300、TC4、AlSi10Mg典型金属粉末所能允许的除尘气流临界流速进行了测定,为循环过滤系统应对一般粉末材料时的流场优化目标提供了数据支持。

Determination of critical velocity of gas flow above powder bed in selective laser melting
Abstract:In the process of selective laser melting, with the generation of dust, the circulating filtration system needs to be optimized during the research and development of the equipment in order to better remove the dust above the forming surface, at the same time, the already laid powder cannot be dispersed.At present, there is no data on the critical flow rate of all kinds of powders used for selective laser melting.In this paper, the critical velocity of dust removal airflow with different densities of 18Ni300, TC4 and AlSi10Mg typical metal powders was measured by means of hot-wire anemometer with the method of additional experimental bellows, which provided data support for the flow field optimization target of the circulating filtration system when dealing with general powder materials.
