石墨烯在生物医学上应用的研究进展

摘要:石墨烯(Graphene)是碳的同素异形体,是由排列在六角形晶格中的单层碳原子组成的二维碳纳米材料。石墨烯自被发现以来,由于其独特的光学、电学、热学、机械性能和良好的生物相容性,逐渐被推向纳米材料技术进步的前沿。石墨烯及其衍生物的应用范围非常广泛,2008年戴宏杰等人首次将氧化石墨烯(GO)以药物纳米载体的方式应用于生物医学领域。本文从石墨烯的理化性质、临床医疗、生物医学检测、再生医学四个方面综述了石墨烯在生物医学上的应用,并对其进一步的研究提出展望。

Advances in the application of graphene in biomedicine
Abstract:Graphene is an allotrope of carbon. It is a two-dimensional carbon nanomaterial consisting of a single layer of carbon atoms arranged in a hexagonal lattice. Since graphene was discovered, it has been propelled to the forefront of technological advancemen of nanomaterial, due to its unique optical, electrical, thermal, mechanical properties and favorable biocompatibility. Graphene and its derivatives are used in a wide range of application. In 2008, Dai Hongjie and others first applied graphene oxide (GO) as a drug nanocarrier in the field of biomedicine. This paper summarizes application of graphene in biomedicine from the aspects of physical and chemical properties, clinical medical treatment, biomedical detection and regenerative medicine, the article also puts forward the prospects of graphene for further research.
