基于LCA和TRIZ的机床绿色优化设计

摘要:为了提高机床的绿色属性,建立了集成全生命周期评价方法(LCA)和发明问题解决理论(TRIZ)的机床绿色优化设计模型。在该设计模型中,首先分析了高速干切滚齿机全生命周期的资源消耗和环境排放;然后将LCA的定量分析结果作为绿色创新优化设计判据,有效地利用到TRIZ工具中,找到机床绿色优化设计中的需求要素并转换为工程参数语言;再通过冲突矛盾矩阵和发明解决原理获得绿色优化设计方案,进而再一次利用LCA的分析工具Gabi软件对优化后的机床进行评价分析,验证了此绿色优化设计模型的可行性和有效性。

Green Optimization Design of Machine Tool based on LCA and TRIZ
Abstract:To improve the green properties of machine tools, a green optimization design model of machine tools with integrated full life cycle assessment (LCA) and invention problem solving theory (TRIZ) was established. In this model, the whole life cycle resource consumption and environmental emission of high-speed dry cutting gear hobbing machine were analyzed first. And the quantitative analysis results of LCA are used as the criterion of green innovation optimization design, it is effectively used in the TRIZ tool to find the requirement elements in the green optimization design of the machine tool and convert it into the engineering parameter language. The solution of the green optimization design is obtained by using the conflict matrix and the solution principles of TRIZ. Then the optimized machine tool was evaluated by using the LCA analysis software-Gabi, which verifies the validity and feasibility of this model.
