PC构件厂精益设计方案评价研究

摘要:目前传统建筑行业亟需向建筑工业化方向转型,而PC构件厂作为提供构件的源头势必会起到中坚力量的作用,所以针对PC构件厂搭建出科学合理的精益设计方案、从源头上消除浪费无疑是一个重点问题。而对设计方案做出科学合理的评价与选择更是一个关系工厂效率高低与否的战略层面的问题。本文针对以上问题从资金、精益、生产、建筑工业化四个视角构建出了PC构件厂精益设计评价指标体系,然后用AHP-DEMATEL法确定了指标的权重,并用改进TOPSIS法得到最终结果,最后以某PC构件厂为例验证了精益设计评价指标体系的合理性和可行性。

Research on Evaluation of Lean Design Scheme for PC Component Factory
Abstract:At present, the traditional construction industry urgently needs to transform to the direction of industrialization of buildings, and the PC component factory as a source of providing components will inevitably play a role as a backbone. Therefore, it is undoubtedly a key issue to build a scientific and rational lean design solution for PC component factories so that it could eliminate waste from the source. The scientific and reasonable evaluation and selection of the design plan is a strategic level related to the efficiency of the factory. In this paper, the PC component factory lean design evaluation index system is constructed from the four perspectives of capital, lean, production and building industrialization. Then the weight of the index is determined by AHP-DEMATEL method, and the final result is obtained by the improved TOPSIS method. In the end, a PC component factory as an example to verify the rationality and feasibility of the lean design evaluation index system.
