基于球形天线阵列的AOA定位算法研究

摘要:日益增长的室内位置服务(ILBS,Indoor Location Based Serve)商业需求推动了近年来诸多室内定位技术的发展。由于全球定位系统(GPS,Global Positioning System)无法穿透墙壁,且成本较高,不适于应用在室内定位,先进的室内定位技术和高效的系统部署成为研究重点。同时,针对一些大型商场、医院、、停车场等场合,除了平面位置信息之外,高度信息也是位置信息的重要部分。三维定位对于相当多的室内定位应用非常重要但通常复杂度且成本较高。本文旨在寻求一种部署简单、定位效率高的室内三维(3D,Three Dimension)定位算法。本文提出通过引入球形天线阵列,并基于球形天线进行AOA估计作为位置指纹,进行室内指纹定位。仿真表明基于AOA的指纹定位结果对设备异质性干扰不敏感但对扰动敏感,因此,我们进一步引入Kalman滤波器对RSS进行处理,仿真表明,经过Kalman滤波器的处理,基于AOA的指纹定位方法对环境扰动和设备异质性不敏感,提高了对环境的鲁棒性,定位精度提升了25%。

Research on AOA Based Fingerprint Location Basing on Spherical Antenna Array
Abstract:The growing commercial demand for Indoor Location Based Serve (ILBS) has promoted the development of many indoor positioning technologies in recent years . Because GPS (Global Positioning System) can\'t penetrate the wall, and the cost is high, it is not suitable for indoor positioning. Advanced indoor positioning technology and efficient system deployment become the focus of research. At the same time, for some large shopping malls, hospitals, warehouses, parking lots and other occasions, in addition to plane location information, height information is also an important part of location information. Three-dimensional positioning is very important for many indoor positioning applications, but it is usually complex and costly. The purpose of this paper is to find a simple deployment and high positioning efficiency indoor three-dimensional (3D, Three Dimension) positioning algorithm. In this paper, a spherical antenna array is introduced, and AOA estimation based on spherical antenna is used as position fingerprint to locate indoor fingerprint. The simulation results show that the fingerprint location results based on OA are insensitive to the heterogeneous interference of the equipment but sensitive to the disturbance. Therefore, we further introduce Kalman filter to process RSS. The simulation results show that the fingerprint location method based on OA is insensitive to the environmental disturbance and the heterogeneity of the equipment after the processing of Kalman filter, which improves the robustness to the environment and the positioning accuracy by 25%.
