急性大强度运动对男性青年在不同海拔下睡眠的影响

摘要:目的:本研究通急性大强度运动对男性青年在不同海拔下睡眠的影响过监控、对比急性大强度运动组和不运动组在不同海拔高度下的睡眠情况,来探究大强度运动对人体在不同海拔高度下睡眠的影响。方法:通过匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表筛查22名不存在睡眠问题的男性青年,将其随机分为日常生活组(N组,n=11)和大强度训练组(T组,n=11)。在常氧环境下测得其睡眠过程中的睡眠结构等各项生理指标。在正常环境下测试的一周后进行O2浓度为16.3%(模拟海拔2000米)的常压低氧环境下睡眠测试,两周后进行O2浓度为12.7%(模拟海拔4000米)的常压低氧环境下睡眠测试。结果:随着海拔高度的上升,受试者睡眠过程中的REM期睡眠占比从9.76%下降至6.90%、5.29%(P<0.05);SPO2从96.64%下降至91.29%、87.51(P<0.05)。但N组和T组各指标间均不存在显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:急性大强度运动即不会影响机体平原环境下的睡眠,也不会影响机体在高海拔低氧环境下睡眠。

Effects of acute high-intensity exercise on sleep of young males at different altitudes
Abstract:Objective: In this study, we monitoring and comparing the sleep of the acute high-intensity exercise group and the inactive group at different altitudes, to explore the effects of high-intensity exercise on human sleep at different altitudes. Methods: Twenty-two young men without sleep problems were screened by the Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale and randomly divided into the daily life group (N group, N =11) and the intensive training group (T group, N =11). The sleep structure and other physiological indexes were measured under normoxic environment. The O2 concentration was 16.3% (simulated altitude: 2000 m) one week after the normal environment test, and the O2 concentration was 12.7% (simulated altitude: 4000 m) two weeks later.Results: With the increase of altitude, the REM sleep proportion decreased from 9.76% to 6.90% and 5.29% (P < 0.05). SPO2 decreased from 96.64% to 91.29% and 87.51 (P < 0.05). However, there was no significEffects of acute high-intensity exercise on sleep of male youth at different altitudesant difference between N group and T group (P > 0.05).Conclusion: Acute high-intensity exercise does not affect the sleep of the body either in the plain environment or in the high-altitude and low-oxygen environment.
