藏药绿萝花提取物降糖作用及其对炎症因子的影响

摘要:目的:本文旨在研究藏药绿萝花的抗糖尿病潜力,并探讨其是否与改善炎症有关。方法:采用高脂饲料(HFD)和链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导小鼠2型糖尿病,每日将藏药绿萝花水提物(WAE)以1,2,3 g/kg的剂量连续灌胃小鼠28天,观察WAE对糖尿病小鼠的影响。此外,检测脂肪组织中脂联素、瘦素、TNF-α等炎症因子的含量。结果:数据表明,WAE有效改善C57BL/6J糖尿病小鼠的高血糖、胰岛素抵抗、脂代谢障碍症状,同时修复胰岛组织损伤。此外,WAE降低了炎症因子的转录和翻译水平。结论:WAE可以有效改善2型糖尿病,其作用机制可能与减少炎症因子的分泌有关。

The hypoglycemic effect of the extract of Edgeworthia gardneri (Wall.) Meisn. and its effect on inflammatory factors
Abstract:Objective: The aim of this study was to study the anti-diabetic potential of the flower of E.gardneri and explore whether it was related to the improvement of inflammation. Methods: Type 2 diabetes was induced by high-fat diet (HFD) and streptozotocin (STZ) in mice. The therapeutic effects of WAE on diabetic mice were observed by intragastric administration of WAE for 28 days at the dose of 1, 2, 3 g/kg. In addition, adiponectin, leptin, TNF- α and other inflammatory factors in adipose tissue were measured. Results: The data showed that WAE can effectively improve the symptoms of hyperglycemia, insulin resistance and lipid metabolism disorder in C57BL/6J mice. At the same time E.gardneri could repair islets tissue damage. In addition, WAE reduced the transcription and translation of inflammatory factors. Conclusion: WAE can effectively improve type 2 diabetes mellitus, and its mechanism may be related to reducing the secretion of inflammatory factors.
