胶原支架促进海马神经元生长的研究

摘要:原代培养的海马神经元广泛应用于神经元发育、蛋白质运输和细胞信号传导的研究,是一种良好的实验模型,利用胶原良好的力学性能和生物相容性制备一种支架材料,能促进原代培养的海马神经元的生长。交联法制备胶原支架,支架内部呈多孔结构,孔隙率为86%,在磷酸缓冲溶液中的溶胀率为530%,胶原酶降解率为59%。新生SD大鼠中提取海马神经元,接种于胶原支架上培养,结果表明胶原支架能明显促进原代培养的海马神经元生长,具有良好的生物相容性。

Collagen scaffold promotes the growth of hippocampal neurons
Abstract:Primary cultured hippocampal neurons are widely used in neuronal development, protein transport and cell signaling. Using the good mechanical properties and biocompatibility of collagen to prepare a scaffold material ,which can promote primary cultured hippocampal neurons to grow. The collagen scaffold was prepared by cross-linking method, and the scaffold was porous inside, the vacancy rate was -%, the swelling ratio in the phosphate buffer solution was %, and the collagenase degradation rate was %. Hippocampal neurons were extracted from newborn SD rats and cultured on the collagen scaffolds. The results showed that collagen scaffolds can promote the growth of primary cultured hippocampal neurons and have good biocompatibility.
