基于HyperWorks的某电动车前舱盖刚度与模态分析

摘要:为了减少前舱盖设计循环次数,降低设计工作量,同时满足设计要求,可建立电动车前舱盖的三维模型,将通过HyperWorks处理后的有限元模型导入Nastran求解得到其在四种典型工况下的刚度值和自由模态。比较结果显示,分析结果符合初步设计的目标值。

Analysis of Rigidity and Modal of the Hood of an Electric Vehicle Based on HyperWorks
Abstract:In this paper,in order to reduce the numbers of design loopandreduce the design workloads and compliance with requirements, a 3D model of the hood of electric vehicles has been established,the rigidityvalues and free modes of the hood under thefour typical working conditions can be obtained by importing the finite element model into theNastran,whichhave been processed by the HyperWorks.The comparison results show that the analysis results accord with the target values of the preliminary design.
