高端装备全生命周期下的外协资源选择研究

摘要:为了构造高端装备制造协同体系,主制造商不断巩固自身核心竞争力、放弃低附加值和同质化竞争,通过选择外部协作商进行协同制造,显著提高了资源的利用效率。本文根据产品全生命周期理论,提出了高端装备外协资源评价体系,采用模糊层次分析法法确定权重,并使用Lingo语言实现了主制造商选取多个外协资源的过程,最后以某型号的智能锻压装备为研究对象进行应用实例研究,验证了方法的有效性。

Research on Outsourcing Resource Selection in High-end Equipment Life Cycle
Abstract:In order to construct a high-end equipment manufacturing synergy system, the main manufacturers continue to consolidate their core competitiveness, abandon low value-added and homogenization competition, and select the external collaborators for collaborative manufacturing, significantly improving the efficiency of resource utilization. According to the product life cycle theory, this paper proposes a high-end equipment external resource evaluation system, uses the FAHP method to determine the weight, and uses the Lingo language to realize the process of the main manufacturer selecting multiple external resources, and finally with a certain type of intelligent forging equipment. The application case study for the research object verifies the effectiveness of the method.
