利用花生染色体片段置换系群体评价部分农艺性状及与SSR标记的相关性

摘要:本研究以多粒型小果品种石腰豆作为供体亲本,普通优良大果品种秦皇岛光秧作为受体亲本,构建的345个家系的染色体片段置换系群体和768对SSR标记为材料,对2017、2018年花生农艺性状进行了评价,并利用 Pearson\'s相关和逐步多元回归农艺性状的相关性及其与SSR标记间的相关性。结果表明:染色体片段置换系群体的农艺性状均呈正态分布,符合数量性状遗传典型特征。群体农艺性状中荚果长在年际间差异不显著,荚果宽、出米率、百果重、百仁重等性状在年际间均表现出极显著差异,并且群体基因型与环境间存在极显著的互作效应。荚果长与荚果宽、百果重、百仁重呈极显著正相关,与出米率呈极显著负相关;荚果宽与出米率呈极显著负相关,与百果重、百仁重呈极显著正相关;出米率与百仁重呈极显著正相关,与百果重极显著负相关;百果重与百仁重呈极显著正相关。25对SSR引物在该群体中具有多态性,其中16个SSR标记与农艺性状存在相关。利用逐步回归分析得到9个与农艺性状相关的标记,解释的表型总变异范围为1.6%-9.6%。

Agronomic traits and their correlation with SSR markers were evaluated by using peanut chromosome Segment Substitution Lines
Abstract:This study type with more small fruit stone beans as the donor parent, ordinary good big pod of qinhuangdaoguangyang as receptor parent, built 345 family of chromosome Segment Substitution Lines and 768 pairs of SSR markers for the material, to 2017, and 2018 peanut agronomic traits was evaluated, and use the Pearson\'s correlation and stepwise multiple regression the correlation of agronomic traits and its correlation with SSR markers. The results show that:The agronomic traits of the chromosome Segment Substitution Lines population were normally distributed, in line with the typical genetic characteristics of quantitative traits. There was no significant difference in pod length among agronomic traits, but significant difference in pod width, Shelling percentage, 100-pod weight and 100-seed weight among agronomic traits. The pod length was positively correlated with pod width, 100-pod weight and 100-seed weight, and negatively correlated with Shelling percentage. The pod width was negatively correlated with the Shelling percentage, and positively correlated with the 100-pod weight and 100-seed weight. There was a significant positive correlation between the Shelling percentage and 100-pod weight, and a significant negative correlation between the Shelling percentage and the 100-seed weight. There was a significant positive correlation between100-pod weight and 100-seed weight. 25 pairs of SSR primers were polymorphic in this population, and 16 SSR markers were associated with agronomic traits. Nine markers related to agronomic traits were obtained by stepwise regression analysis.
