精炼渣碱度对SWRH82B钢中氧化物夹杂的影响

摘要:拉拔合股断丝是SWRH82B钢在后续加工过程中的重大质量难题,而钢中大尺寸、不变形夹杂物是影响拉拔合股断丝的主要因素之一。本文通过实验室渣钢平衡实验模拟SWRH82B钢精炼过程,结合SEM/EDS扫描电镜和Fact-Sage热力学软件分析了精炼渣碱度对钢中复合氧化物夹杂物的形貌、尺寸和成分的影响。结果表明,当顶渣碱度为1.3时,钢中总氧含量在60 min后达到稳定,钢中复合氧化物夹杂聚集在CaO Al2O3 2SiO2区附近,分布集中,且反应60 min后夹杂物尺寸主要集中在1~ 5 μm范围;当顶渣碱度为2.3时,钢中总氧含量在100 min后达到稳定,复合氧化物夹杂分布在高熔点区,分布较为离散,且有向(CaO+MgO+MnO)高熔点初晶区偏移的趋势。

Effect of Refining Slag Basicity on Oxide Inclusions in SWRH82B Steel
Abstract:Wire fracture is a major quality problem, when it through drawing mill in the subsequent processing of SWRH82B series steels. Inclusions in steel are one of the main factors, which give rise to wire facture. Especially, the big size and non-elasticity inclusions should been avoided due to their high hardness and high melting point. This paper simulated the refining process of SWRH82B steel, through the laboratory experiments for slag steel balance experiments. Dealing with the experiment data by the Fact-Sage software, which was analyzed that the effecting of slag basicity on the morphology, size and composition of complex oxide inclusions in the steel. It was found that the low basicity slag can promote the process of T[O] reducing when the basicity was 1.3, which the equilibrium reached when reacting time to 60 min, and the size of oxide inclusions was in the range of 1 um to 5 um while the composition of complex oxide inclusions aggregate in the region of CaO Al2O3 2SiO2. For another, the equilibrium was been late to 100 min when the basicity was 2.3, while the composition of complex oxide inclusions aggregate in the beside of 12CaO 7Al2O3 and then remove to the high melting region of CaO. Especially, the inclusions get more dispersion.
